Request a new patient appointment
If you’re ready to get started, this is the best place to begin. Every new patient starts with a psychiatric evaluation, and we’ll guide you through the process step by step.
Have a general question instead? If you have a question before getting started, need office information, or want to confirm whether our practice may be a fit, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help.
Before you reach out to schedule an appointment
We recommend reviewing the New Patient Information & Pricing page first, so you understand the initial evaluation, appointment fees, scheduling process, and what to expect before your first visit.
