If you’re ready to get started, this is the best place to begin. Every new patient starts with a psychiatric evaluation, and we’ll guide you through the process step by step.

Before you reach out to schedule an appointment

We recommend reviewing the New Patient Information & Pricing page first, so you understand the initial evaluation, appointment fees, scheduling process, and what to expect before your first visit.

What to include in your request

To help us route your request, please include:

  • The patient’s name
  • Best contact information
  • Whether the patient is an adult or child
  • Whether you are located in Virginia or traveling from Northeast North Carolina
  • Whether you are interested in telehealth or in-person care
  • Preferred provider, if any
  • Preferred days or times, if any

Please do not include private health information

For privacy, please do not include detailed medical information, symptoms, diagnoses, medication names, or other sensitive health information in this form. We will gather the appropriate clinical information during the evaluation process.

Important location information

Telehealth appointments are available for patients who are physically located in Virginia at the time of the visit.

 

Limited in-person appointments may be available in Chesapeake based on provider availability. Patients traveling from Northeast North Carolina are not eligible for telehealth appointments and must be seen in-person in Chesapeake.

Hours

Office staff responds to messages Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Eastern.



Appointments are scheduled Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern.

Provider availability at a glance

Nathan Davidson: Mondays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Wednesdays 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, virtual only.


Michele Davidson: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Primarily virtual with limited in-person appointments available one Wednesday per month in Chesapeake based on availability.
